Every time the communities behind Speed Demos Archive and Speed Runs Live get together for their twice-annual Games Done Quick charity marathons, we always expect it to be bigger and better than the last. However, Awesome Games Done Quick 2014 blew all of our expectations out of the water by raising more than $1,000,000 USD for the Prevent Cancer Foundation in only a week’s time. How did they manage this incredible feat? By performing some of the best speedruns ever captured on Twitch.
We polled the office and collected some of our favorite runs that have occurred over the past week. For more information and to donate to their cause (There’s still time!), check out GamesDoneQuick.com. Don’t see your favorite clip below? Drop it in the comments!
