You may have noticed that we’ve rolled out a small, but very cool, enhancement to the directory page: Live Notifications. Now, when a channel you follow goes live, you’ll see an alert in the left-side menu. The “Following Channels” menu item will flash a couple times and you’ll see the ticker go up one number. When you see that, go check it out! Here’s a demo of what to expect:
And remember, there other ways to stay on top of your favorite channels. For those who have active subscriptions on specific channels, you can opt-in to receive SMS alerts and make the most out of your subscription. Go to Settings->Mobile, verify your phone number and you’re set to go.
And of course you can keep updated via email every time a channel you follow goes live. Go to Settings->Notices and choose the appropriate check box.
